Honestly no complaints. Fairly clean hotel with a very very nice stuff and brand-new and clean rooms. Convenient and great location near city center. Nice property, 19 miles from Del Bajio International airport...

A Great Location & Cozy Room

The location here is super convenient! 📍 For instance, you can easily walk to the regional museum of the city, which is pretty cool. And our leisure king room? It was seriously comfy, like sinking-into-a-cloud comfy.

The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk to the main tourist attractions and on a quieter street. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are well-maintained. The breakfast is good and accommodating, even for families. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process easy. With valet parking, it avoids the hassle of looking for parking in the city center.

There was a billing issue that was not resolved despite numerous attempts by the guest to communicate with the hotel and management.

The design of the entrance and the wall paper in the room resembled stone and brick, which didn't blend well with the historic center. We also had trouble with the billing department, as they charged us twice and getting a refund proved to be a hassle.
